Marketing Lead

Job Description

The Marketing Lead position at Eartheye Space is an immediate joining opportunity.

Eartheye Space is a fast-paced organisation. You will be accountable for the planning and delivery of the marketing activities for the EARTHEYE platform, across digital channels and campaigns. You will work closely with the sales, product and leadership teams to drive awareness, pipeline and brand visibility.

Your Expertise Includes

  • Creation of marketing collaterals
  • Product marketing and feature storytelling
  • Campaign automation, newsletters, and nurture flows
  • Managing all digital channels, including the company website, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Webinar planning, promotion and follow-up
  • Field marketing, including conferences
  • Inbound lead generation, tracking and pipeline hygiene
  • Careful proofreading and detail-focused delivery
  • Use of tools like Canva for presentations
  • Using analytics for marketing performance reporting
  • Naturally predisposed to self-initiation and self-motivated

Work Experience

  • Three to five years in B2B SaaS or technology marketing
  • Leads end-to-end execution with strong attention to detail and prioritisation
  • Digital marketing experience across social, search and email campaigns
  • End-to-end campaigns delivering measurable leads, demos and sign-ups
  • Hands-on ActiveCampaign or similar tools for EDM automation
  • Planning and executing webinars, including promotion, logistics and post-event follow-up
  • Creating decks, one-pagers, brochures and case studies for the sales teams and partners
  • Working with product, sales and founders on positioning
  • Comfortable in small, fast-paced teams, owning planning and delivery
  • Start-up experience is a significant plus
