JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be the go-to person for everything Admin, HR & Talent. You’ll work across three key domains:
- Administration & Operations: Manage our Trivandrum office operations — facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, onboarding logistics, office policies and general administrative support.
- HR & Employee Experience: Lead HR processes end-to-end — recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, HR policies, compliance, building a positive workplace culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Growth: As the India site lead, own hiring end to end. Set the hiring plan, write clear job descriptions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, drive offers, and ensure smooth onboarding and early integration.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- A flexible, hands-on operator comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving start-up environment.
- 2–5 years (or more) experience in HR and / or office administration and talent acquisition.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills — you’ll be the person who ensures things run smoothly and people feel supported.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage sensitive information, and work with integrity.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and help with whatever is needed.
- Bonus: experience in tech or growth-stage companies, familiarity with start-up culture.
