Customer Success Lead

Job Description

You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our growing customer base. The nature of customer engagement is both proactive and reactive. You will ensure our customers derive value from the service.

Work Experience

You should have:

  • At least three years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Supported B2B SaaS customers
  • Knowledge of remote sensing (must)
  • Expert knowledge of GIS tools, including QGIS
  • Worked independently, achieving the KPIs despite the start-up environment
  • Clear spoken and written communication skills
  • Programming knowledge is a bonus
