Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary delivery across software engineering, data science, and generative AI. You will be responsible for managing complex initiatives that span product development, integration, and client onboarding.

This role demands hands-on technical capability (including coding and code walk-through), good communication, excellent execution skills, and the ability to coordinate across distributed teams.

Your Expertise Includes

• Strong technical background with the ability to contribute hands-on (including coding proficiency).
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and large technical deliverables.
• Proficient in modern software development practices, Agile frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans.
• Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Coding experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with geospatial domain, APIs, and data processing workflows.
• Knowledge of satellite data processing and remote sensing workflows is a bonus.

Work Experience

You should have:

• At least 10+ years of experience in software product delivery management.
• Lead and manage delivery ensuring alignment and successful execution with product requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and track timely software releases and integration milestones.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, data science, Gen AI and QA teams to drive high-quality delivery.
• Ensure technical requirements are well-defined, understood, and executed with minimal ambiguity.
• Act as a key interface between product leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide hands-on technical support including code review, architectural discussions, and technical problem solving.
• Drive process improvements and adopt agile best practices across teams.
• Mentor and grow team leads and individual contributors.
