Job Description

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI systems. This is a lead role in our GenAI team, responsible for designing and building intelligent, autonomous AI agents with private LLMs.

Your Expertise Includes

• Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models (private, multimodal)
• Architect scalable pipelines using best-of-breed frameworks
• Create embeddings and work with vector databases
• Integrate agentic systems with backend systems using APIs and cloud platforms, such as AWS
• Optimise model performance, latency, and cost efficiency
• Strong technical expertise in implementing model observability, including monitoring model performance, drift detection, logging, and leveraging relevant tools to ensure the reliability and scalability of AI systems
• Collaborate with the rest of the teams to make agentic AI the user engagement layer
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and Agentic AI

Work Experience

You should have:

• Minimum 6 years of overall AI (machine/deep learning) engineering experience in product/ SaaS companies
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in GenAI / LLM-based applications
• Experience with RAG pipelines
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
